last year at the suggestion of the site director at my other program I did a table point system where students got points for setting a good example, being ready when class ends, getting work done. They got one star for each criteria. 2 stars=1 sticker 6 stickers=1 prize. I implemented the same method with the students I worked with individually and in small groups
