Fist interview is by Phone. It is the first interview with HR (30 min), then if you pass you'll have an interview in person, then a personality test and a second interview and more ( it depends on the job you applied to). They actually ask a lot of question about your attitude and your emotional intelligence. Interview in French and they ask you some questions in English
