Interview
Quite formal interview process - both verbal and written component. Written component involves given scenarios which you must describe how you would handle the situation. Verbal component asks for very specific examples of how you have demonstrated various skills, such as 'fostering independence in others', 'advocating for others', etc.

Given about 10 questions. They felt very challenging and I did not feel confident after the interview. Sat in a room with 2 people asking the questions. Despite the uncomfortable interview I did get the job
