It was around 2.5 hours interview with both competency based questions and case studies. They as well highlighted a big part on their behavioural commitments and as well safeguarding. It was mainly an HR interview, no technical questions but pure questions to check softskills and managerial skills.

Mutli step interview: there is a written technical test, a multi part personality aptitude interview, and a language interview to confirm proficiency. The technical test covers various ares of responsibility from basic project management and logistics to questions about construction, car repair, and radio operations.
