Looks to me NFIB is providing misleading information about the job and benefits? If that's the case, why isn't it getting back to their membership? Does the CEO understand what is being posted and/or how the salespeople are being trained and recruited? I would hold someone has contacted their CEO to discuss the issues, if all of this happens to be true, then the board needs to make a change. I've worked with lobbyist, number one rule is provide truthful information, that is if you want to be taken seriously. I'm thinking about taking a sales job with NFIB, before I do, I'm going to send this information to the CEO and Board Members for their feedback.
