From the job specification, my impression was that the job was requiring quality development, unit testing, agile etc. The speed test took me by surprise and I didn't 'hack it' fast enough - I started with unit tests and thinking 'generically' - that was a mistake. In addition, there were technical issues like 'no mouse', 'slow laptop', incomplete environment (I had to create a DB table that was stated as existing), 'sun blasting the screen', which added to the fun!
