Plant Manager continued the interview touring the shop floor and assessing my mechanical aptitude and ability to work overtime to meet production deadlines. I was shown the various machines that were manufactured and introduced to other employees I would be potentially training with. After ending the interview that day I was called back for hire in less than 1 week.
