The skills test administered was poor and suspect. A ten page report without definition of in-house terms I was asked to summarize. They didn't bother telling me what the acronyms stood for. A 90 minute job had to be done in 40 minutes. I was suspicious. Why would they do something like that? Further, even after having spent a whole day with them, they never communicated with me or responded to my communication. It was as if they had vanished into thin air. It was Twilight Zone strange, unprofessional, perverse and sinister. The standard of professionalism I witnessed will hamper the University's rise in rankings because the have classless, clueless staff that surely cannot impress the students.
