As with most folks, I suggested adding online sales. I made the mistake of taking the liberty to add some made up numbers to validate my recommendation. Once I threw up numbers, they pounced without regard to the fact that I would obviously not make up numbers if this was real life scenario. But in a role-play, most folks ad-lib a bit.
