Interview
I had a good experience when I had my phone screen and met in-person with the senior-level and management-level employees at Q2. They asked me a lot of good technical questions and gave me good vibes. However, the lower-level or mid-level software engineers were not very impressive. They seemed to mostly consist of employees with biology backgrounds that dabble in coding. This gave me the vibe of the "bootcamp" phenomenon that has happened in front-end development where anyone with a small amount of coding training is thrown into software development roles. I detected lots of subtle hints that the team was highly disorganized and struggling with communication and work-life balance so I didn't really want to accept an offer after meeting with the team.

Interview
I could not clear the first round itself as i felt the programming questions were a little too difficult for a fresher. But that's just my opinion, also being from mechanical background, i may have found it more challenging than others
