If you're coming from big 4 or equivalent be expected to provided a good reason why a move into a boutique consultancy has caught your attention. As an example my response was that I wanted to develope my expertise in data management with a focus on building data strategy for an impressive list of FTSE 100 clients which I don't think I was going to get in my current role at a big 4 consultancy.
