Received a text and email inviting me to call the HR department within 24 hours to conduct a 20 minute phone interview. I called the number and I was asked to verify my details and if I was available to start with the interview now.

The interview was with the store manager, behavioural questions, give me an example when you did this.....
There was also role play where the manager played a customer service assistant that was not following procedure and I was playing the store lead.

Three sections of the process. 1. Group discussion- will be given some in tray exercises which is different then normal one, suppose you received an email from HR manager giving you all the details whats happening in your store, good and bad things. We had to start discussing the situation with other candidates of the group and try to find the best solution etc. 2. one to one interview which are behavioural or situational questions which is normally answered though using STAR formula. and finally store walk questions.
