Northwell has discriminatory hiring practices that exclude and adversely impact Black candidates. specifically HR their offices are almost entirely white. I was well liked by everyone that interviewed me but was consistently overlooked for white candidates. Kathy Donovan was extremely rude by ignoring me while I spoke and even leaving her door open while I interviewed ( clearly uninterested before I even spoke). A recruiter named Alex D. was also very rude to me and very unprofessional.
