Standard interview with engineer and hr rep
Anonymous
The last part was a standard interview asking about my experience, making sure I'd be a good fit with company culture, etc. It felt casual and pretty relaxed which was nice. They asked me to tell them about a personal project I mentioned, about times I worked with a team, and a few questions about working fully remote. They encourage quick learning and good communication, so they wanted to make sure I would be willing to reach out and ask questions despite not being in the same room as my coworkers. A few days later they extended an offer.
