The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Steak ‘n Shake (Murfreesboro, TN) in Mar 2012
Interview
I was called in for an interview for the following day. However, I can't really think of it as an interview seeing as all that was asked was: 'Where do you live', 'How available are you', and 'please fill out this background check'. After three days I was called to be told the check came back fineand I was to start training the following week.
Easy questions that are pretty standard for most food industry jobs. I met three times with each of their different managers and finally got the job after three weeks of interviews. I little much if you ask me.

But for my second interview it took over a month because they just didn't care I called everyday basically and in the end, they just skipped the second interview and just gave me the job
