After an initial interview, they asked to work on a forecasting project and present it to their group. The presentation was for 4 hours non-stop. They asked questions about the project, my background, behavioral, etc. Most of the interview team were working in the background and did not paying attention to my slides/answers. So, I should repeat myself multiple times. They asked irrelevant and unprofessional questions about my background and tried to undermine my background. They did not consider any break for a 4-hour interview session. I should asked myself to receive a break. My overall experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and toxic culture team.
