Tell me about a time when you had an irate client and how you handled the situation.

I listened to the clien and let them explain thier concern. If you let a client contiue uninterupted they will some times tell you how to remedy the situation. If not I would ask probing questions and try to allow the client to calm themselves and then work towards an amicable solution.
