RIL was formed by Sh. Dirubhai Ambani which got splitted in 2006 . Mukesh Ambani led RIL in Petrochemicals, Textile, Retail sectors after the split. RIL had turn over of around Rs. 2Lakh crore for the yr 2009-10 with Rs. 16K Crore Profit.
