They seemed to value a relaxed and an informal interview format. For each break out meeting with the staff members, the interviewee has to repeat the same or similar information, because everyone asked the same general question. Not a problem but definitely informal (in that they did not coordinate questions to identify a range of information they wanted to learn from me) and perhaps the experience question could have been accomplished with a group meeting (since the interview is so long).
