Two step interview process. One with hiring manager and second with their boss. Fairly easy. Normally looking for people with experience. Friendly and make sure to smile. Would recommend applying right before peak season as your chances of hearing back are significantly higher.

Quick 5m interview, hired on the spot. Asked about previous job experience and availability, and simple questions like tell me about yourself. They hire mostly based on personality, so be positive and outgoing.
