The first interview was done directly with the controlling manager. It was a pleasant interview, in order to introduce myself and discuss about the position. The second interview a few days later was with the HR and it was a good approach as well. The company was introduced and we spoke about expectations.

The first two interviews were done with the HR on the first day. One interview was done with the Controlling director on the same day and the last interview was done with a Controlling manager on another day.
