Interviewed with them recently, here is the offer they gave: Paid training @ minimum wage Training usually lasts 3 - 5 weeks depending on the person being trained. $15/hr after training is complete. Starting pay for class A transports and class B mix trucks is the same and they will not retrain you if you wanted to move into transports later. Ready Mix truck is a class B automatic trans A service commitment of 2 years as payment for the training. ( I don't recall what the service commitment was if you already had a license )
