First of all, i would like to thank you for this opportunity. in terms of personal achievements, i can offer not more than what my current experience has taught me; which includes top notch tech support in other to increase efficiency of staffs and also training to reduce the amount of hardware faults/ repetitive faults. Besides that i believe in team work and would do all i can to fit into this team of experts to produce high efficient working environment. I would make it my duty to learn all i need to learn in terms of the culture of this environment so as to not disrupt workflow.
