It is a community bank, that services people of color with fiancial literacy. They have partnered with a few organizations like the Food Bank and New York City Public Schools, that invest in people building. I am interested in an organization that gives bank and economically benefits people of color. That is why I would like to work for Caver as the mission aligns with my goals.
