The sector of MS companies i worked with had zero technological advancements. Paper. Pens..tags. Data analysis. receiving product lable check quanity check . used paper to log serial/part# to ensure expected shipment is exactly what was shipped. Literally 100s of numbers on paper..as tag matches the data sheet check off or highlight # when found . my area stood and sat 85% of the shift with no purpose or priorities . no training .. No real rules or supervisors around . MY POINT WAS ORIGINALLY NOT TECH INNOVATIVE IN ANY WAY. Contracted to sophisticated companies but the employees are under qualified to be anything more than a 3rd party to customer contracting MS . no drug screens ..co workers fading out on drugs on the clock.

I reviewed videos about the company on their website. MS is more than just a staffing agency. MS Companies is a technology driven company. I am interested in working for MS because I want to continue to change the lives of others by providing them with career opportunities. I want to impact lives in a positive manner.
