Qdoba interview question

What is the most important thing in running a restaurant? Is it quality of food, health guidelines, or something else.

As health guidelines are definitely the biggest thing to follow in a restaurant, but so is customer service. If you run off your customers you have no business. So I believe they go hand in hand. You could have mediocre food and still have people come back because your place is clean and they were treated like family instead of a burden.
