I have a technical masters degree, and many years of technical work experience, so I always find it interesting when recruiters ask technical questions. (If I was in a snarky mood, I would likely say "I will answer your question if you can tell me the definition of a list comprehension" ... or tell me the difference between print statements in Python 2 vs. Python 3 ... both of these a trivial technical questions, so if the recruiter doesn't know the answer, why am I talking to you about technical details). In my case, what I do is I give a detailed technical response, knowing that they have no idea what I'm talking about.
