This is my brief response to Make It Cheaper's reply. We saw no refutation or denial to my points, precisely because my conclusions were true and they knew this, namely: - They have impractical requirements (i.e. they are stubbornly unwilling to hire people of different backgrounds and personalities, making it likely they are discriminatory); - They perpetrated unconscious bias by making false judgements about me; - The company have an unacceptably easy-going culture which is more entertained than informed and doesn't take objectively serious matters serious enough. Instead, we hear empty promises that they will refine their recruitment process. But with their highly informal and childish culture, it is likely we won't see action. And folks, actions speak louder than words, right?
