The research process includes looking through the media and channels our audience uses for consuming content - websites, social media, magazines, online forums, Reddit, Quora, and specific influencers the audience finds relevant... Then I document my findings for future reference and use. If the finding includes an insight to our audience I document it in IVOC data and the rest of the industry insight goes into an industry research document.
