This is a very bizarre and not appropriate question. I have worked in 3 different EU countries and even if this is my nineth year in UX I also have the years 2000-2001 and 1997-1999 spent in design and this question was indeed a very old one that was happening for example in Italy till 2005-07 more or less. So, as this company, according to the employee reviews switched towards onsite work, I suggest you to answer a district close to their HQ.
