Interesting problem spaces for application of Design Thinking, great growth potential, diverse global portfolio of interesting businesses and opportunity to move from one business or area of interest to another - within the same company. Honeywell seems to have a historical focus on continuous improvement and I read a press release regarding support for User Experience as a core capability that will drive business growth. This matches my mindset and area of greatest expertise. I'll provide an example (went on to describe an example of Iser Experience continuous improvement).
