Answer: I informed that I believe the solution offered is a great value and gave compelling examples why I believed this and then explained that based on my conversations with the TA and Sales Leaders, learning about their needs and matching that with my experience, background and commitment that I believed I could collaborate well and help achieve their hiring goals. His response to that was very insulting. He said, no tell me why you really want to work here, implying that I was not being honest. These people checked my references and said they were working on an offer for me, leading me on for 2 months and never delivered on their promises.
