I wanted to join a company that was fast growing, fast paced, successful/proven, and get immediately into a closing role because I knew I would crush it as soon as I was given a phone and a product that worked. My goal was to sprint out of the gate and work by rear end off - begin a top performing sales career at a great tech company, and Formlabs seemed to be unquestionably relevant. My focus was on energy+effort+inputs, needed a job where I knew for sure, if I put that in, I'd get results out. My previous career(s) had no performance incentives - I didn't like that. I am a top performer, I want that to show up in my compensation, and wanted a chance to grow, unencumbered. Formlabs jobs are super high-workload - so if you are looking to coast or make it seem like you want an easier job, you have zero chance of enjoying working here (do not apply)
