This one is tricky, but I was told the key is to *not* rehash your resume or skills that you’ve already mentioned (difficult/tempting). Basically they want to hear about how you are different than other people (presumably with similar skills/experience). I said, “in addition to the skills and experience we’ve talked about so far, I have been thankful to have developed skills in ___.” The blank were various soft skills not otherwise obvious (ex. leadership/people skills, project management, foreign language, etc.) I then gave brief examples of activities from my resume that helped develop these. This was by far the most difficult question they asked.
