The routine candidate screening process requires applicants to science writer and editor positions to be evaluated on their writing skills before moving forward. The test articles are paid and the process is transparent from the very beginning. If the writer doesn't meet the company's standards, we pay for the test article but don't move forward with the application. For editors, we require that the candidates can prove excellent writing skills and be able to follow the provided guidelines.
