Digital Target interview question

Your basic OOP questions, very basic. MVC, SQL server, etc. Really they only want you to understand the difference between object oriented programming and functional programming.

Polymorphism is just another word for overloading, and you must change the method signature if you're going to do that. And the reason you would want to use OOPS is if you have complexity, versus imperative style that is more like script processing. These guys are real newbs. Mention any design patterns by the Gang of Four and I guarantee you, you'll blow them away. Also, whatever you do, suck up to the .NET framework. My 20+ years' experience with Microsoft apparently did not qualify me to say, "They're a sales and marketing team that doesn't innovate." Even though this is obvious, they are looking for suck-ups. I was told, "They didn't think I would be happy there."
