I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zühlke (Rome)
Interview
The hiring process has been divided into 3 parts.
1) phone interview with generic questions (e.g. your interest in the position)
2) HR interview, with a presentation of the company structure
3) Technical interview, discussing the background and previous experiences and answering some technical questions. This interview goes more in-depth and requires knowledge of concepts and problem solving skills.
The whole process is perfectly organized and an immediate feedback is given at the end of each step (really appreciated).
