I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zūm (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2018
Interview
Interviewed with the Sales Director via phone initially. Company is expanding to LA and the impression I got was it's still in its infancy stage and trying to find stable ground. Spent 30 min chatting about my background and direction of new territory. Sales Director was cordial and dished me off to the Staffing Manager for a second phone interview the following week.. That's when it fell apart. Set a time/date for interview with Staffing Manager and when it was time, I waited 30 min with no phone call to me. I emailed her and she finally replied back that she got "pulled into a meeting" and had to rescheduled. This shows if you cannot take care of your internal employees (albeit future possible employee), there is great distress in the organization. We rescheduled for another day and I delayed a trip out of town for it. This time, she did it again. After 20 min, I emailed her and asked if we need to reschedule again. About 20 min after that, she replied that she's finally ready and she'll be calling any moment. 50 min after our scheduled time, she finally called me. We chatted for about 25 min and she did not ask any pertinent questions about my qualifications IMO, but mostly on how she is the only person in the dept and stretched thin. We did cover more about the company but she didn't seem to know much about the position. I was promised a notice the following day for the next process but never heard back. The disorganization was unprecedented to me.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zūm (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2017

My interview process consisted of 2 phone conversations with the Director of Partnerships, as well as an in-person interview with the Director and COO, and finally meeting with the CEO at headquarters.
