A time when you had to motivate other people? how do you deal with an irate customer? After the interview I then had to complete a role play exercise where the interviewer played the part of a customer and you had to help with their query. They tell you what to say so task is jus to test your customer service and IT skills! All in all a pretty decent interview! Awaiting a phone call now fingers crossed
