‍Jigsaw Tech interview questions

Process is pretty standard, first call screening with senior employee instead of HR which is not a bad idea, since the person knows what the role requires and can answer more specific question on the role than your average HR. The Hiring manager interview was pretty chill, no random questions. The update email was the most disappointing steps as it will come as a noreply email if you are not successful - so very cold, with limited feedback that is like every other company : no actionable. Overall it's a basic interview process, that will not treat you better or worse than any other company at the moment.
