This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational excellence across a multi-state business while working closely with Project Managers, Regional Manager and senior leadership to drive performance, consistency and continuous improvement.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Toolijooa.
The role acts as the bridge between strategic business objectives and day-to-day project delivery, ensuring systems, processes and operational standards are consistently applied across all branches.
You will provide leadership and support to Project Managers, coordinate operational improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with Regional Manager, Project Managers, HR, HSEQ and other business functions to improve project delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring operational and project delivery performance across all branches.
Supporting Project Managers to improve project outcomes and resolve operational challenges.
Driving consistency in project management, contract management and operational systems.
Leading operational audits, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinating major cross-branch projects and contracts.
Managing operational KPI reporting and performance monitoring.
Supporting lead management, tender tracking and business development systems.
Facilitating collaboration and resource sharing across branches.
Working closely with the Regional Manager and support teams to improve operational performance.
Championing quality, compliance, safety and operational best practice across the business.

All possess minimum qualifications of Conservation & Land Management (Natural Area Management) Certificate III or equivalent. Toolijooa’s Bushland Regenerators are qualified with Conservation & Land Management (Natural Area Management) Certificate III or equivalent, or are presently completing this qualification under our trainee scheme.
