ABOUT THE ROLE (Your new role)
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to help ensure our software products deliver a reliable, intuitive, and high-quality experience across desktop, web, cloud, mobile, and integrated platforms.
You will work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and fellow team members to validate new functionality, identify defects, improve quality processes, and contribute to both manual and automated testing initiatives.
SKILLS (What you will need to succeed)
- Strong experience executing manual testing across web, desktop, cloud, or mobile applications.
- Proven experience designing test cases and identifying test scenarios.
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Experience investigating and documenting defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Experience validating data using Microsoft SQL or similar database technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for software quality and user experience.
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET applications and environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control systems such as Git.
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Experience testing integrated or enterprise business applications.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and GraphQL.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES (What you will be doing)
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for desktop, web, cloud, mobile, and third-party integrated applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts where appropriate.
- Perform API testing and validation of system integrations.
- Validate data integrity and business processes using Microsoft SQL.
- Record, investigate, and track software defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to reproduce issues and improve product quality.
- Assist in maintaining test environments and test data.
- Contribute to QA documentation, testing standards, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tooling, automation coverage, and overall software quality.
ABOUT YOU (You the employee)
- 4+ years of commercial software testing experience, QA, or a technical testing role.
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems.
- You take ownership of your work, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy helping teams deliver quality software.
- You understand that quality is a shared responsibility and enjoy working collaboratively to improve products, processes, and customer outcomes.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
