The Environment
Aimee & Co Analytics operates from 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane. We focus on breaking down how users interact with digital platforms, helping digital brands optimize their user flows and online product performance. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a base salary of $92,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The First 90 Days
Your immediate focus will be embedding yourself within our product squads to understand the current user analytics setup. You will take ownership of defining product metrics, configuring event tracking for new feature launches, and auditing user behavior across web and mobile platforms. By month three, you will be delivering independent deep-dives into conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and user retention drivers to guide the product roadmap.
Ongoing Responsibilities
The Needed Background
We require a background containing at least two years of experience analyzing digital products, user journeys, or e-commerce platforms. You must be comfortable working with product analytics platforms (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap) alongside standard web analytics frameworks like GA4. A clear understanding of how product changes impact business metrics is essential. Applicants must hold full, unrestricted legal working rights within Australia to be based at our Brisbane office.
