The Role
We are on the hunt for a highly organised and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our online channels across all three brands. This hands-on role plays a critical part in ensuring product launches, website updates, and digital content are delivered accurately and on time to drive a seamless customer experience.
Based at the Support Office in Malvern and reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will work closely with the eCommerce Managers to support product setup, campaign execution, website content, and operational workflows across multiple brands.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly contribute to the success and growth of our digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career in eCommerce within a well-established and growing retail business.
