Duties:

• Allocate transport jobs to drivers and subcontractors
• Plan and optimise daily routes (LTL / FTL)
• Monitor deliveries and manage delays/issues
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse
• Update and manage jobs in TMS (iDrv / Carton Cloud)
• Track PODs and job completion status
• Coordinate pickups, linehaul, and deliveries

Experience Required:

• 2+ years in transport dispatch / logistics coordination
• Experience with route planning and scheduling
• Familiar with TMS/WMS systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
