About This Opportunity

With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Bendigo, Colliers is looking for an experienced and proactive sales expert to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our expanding team based in Bendigo. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.

What you can expect:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
• Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
• Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
• Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
• Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
• Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
• Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
• Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.

A little about you!

• You don’t need to have Real Estate experience, we are looking for the right individual!
• You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience.
• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
• Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
