The Brown and Hurley Group is growing in Mackay, and we’re looking for a customer-focused team member to join our team. If you enjoy supporting day-to-day operations and providing great service, you’ll play a key role in our Mackay Service Department with duties that can include but not limited to:

• Providing exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the Service Department
• Book and coordinate jobs
• Preparing service sheets
• Follow-up on purchase orders
• Provide quotes, invoices and other administrative services as required
• Process all warranty claims and paperwork with PACCAR and Cummins
• Provide backup administrative services to other departments

About you:

• Previous administration or warranty experience
• Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership
• Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
