We are recruiting for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join Blackmores Australia Marketing team. We are open for recent graduates or early career candidates, including those with internship experience, university case projects and part-time work experience with exposure to marketing and events type roles and FMCG industry exposure.
As a Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play an important supporting role in delivering marketing initiatives and events to create impactful brand experiences across consumer, trade, and healthcare professional channels. By closely linking marketing strategy with event execution, you will ensure all activities reflect Blackmores’ commitment to brand leadership and innovation, collaborating with the Events Manager and the broader marketing team for cohesive project outcomes. This role provides a strong entry point into brand marketing and events, with exposure to cross-functional teams, campaigns, product launches, and external partners.
This role reports to the HCP Senior Brand Manager and will be based in our Warriewood office in Sydney, working at least 3 days per week in office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities include:
Support the planning and execution of consumer, trade, and healthcare professional events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
Provide project management and operational support for various marketing projects and activities including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure all event and marketing assets reflect brand positioning and visual identity.
Support the development of marketing materials and educational activities within pharmacy channels.
Manage administrative duties and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
