The role
As the Growth Marketer, you will play a leading role in driving new customer acquisition for the Australian market.
As part of the Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for building and managing end-to-end performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive high quality traffic to the website and increase conversions in the sales funnel.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and Operations Team Lead to manage the sales queue, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and operational capacity.

Here’s what experience and qualities you will bring:
5+ years experience in a B2C data-driven/digital marketing role, SEO, SEM, social, programmatic advertising (preferrable in eCommerce, financial services, fintech sector)
Good knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Bing, Google Optimisely, Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, YouTube, HotJar, and MaxTraffic.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and WordPress
A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
Strong project management skills - being able to manage multiple projects at the same time effectively and deliver within deadlines and budgets.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
Experience with sales funnel optimisation
