About the Role:

We are seeking an entry level project administrator for a full time (permanent) position based at our Belmont office.

• The position is in-person, 8 hour days, 5 days a week.
• All our projects are in the Perth Metro Area.
• Salary $50,000 - $75,000pa skills dependent with room to grow within the business

In this diverse role you will be required to support all facets of project delivery working closely with project managers, site managers & subcontractors.

Including but not limited to:

• Document Control
• Material Procurement
• Delivery scheduling
• Technical submissions (Eg: O&M manuals)

Please note: only candidates with the right to live and work in Western Australia will be reviewed. There are no relocation or visa options on offer for this position.

Candidate Requirements:

• Some experience in construction industry
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (especially Excel)
• Exceptional English communication
• Attention to detail & time management skills

Experience with construction software such as Aconex or Procore, white card & driver's licence would be an advantage.
